We aren't looking for someone who just "dabbles" in home repair. We need a true pro who takes pride in the finished product — whether that's a perfectly beaded caulk line or a flawlessly hung cabinet. One day you might diagnose a mystery leak; the next, perform a full make-ready for a new tenant.

The Role

What you'll be doing

  • The Aesthetics
    Painting (correctly — no 'landlord specials'), drywall patching, and detailed cleaning.
  • The Mechanics
    Swapping GFCI outlets, clearing clogs, and tackling minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
  • The Heavy Lifting
    Installing cabinets, light fixtures, and hardware.
  • The High Ground
    Comfortable on a roof or a high ladder — heights don't faze you.
